During my visit, I tried two different steamed fish dishes: Grass Carp Fish Head Steamed With Ginger for RM 48, and Big Head Carp (Song Yu Tao) Steamed With Spicy Bean Paste for RM 41.90. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection.

We also ordered a side dish of Mix vegetables cooked with belacan and chilli, which consisted of brinjal, ladies fingers, petai and long beans. The dish was flavourful and provided a nice balance to the steamed fish.

Must Order Dish - Grass Carp Fish Head Steamed With Ginger

Out of the two fish dishes we tried, my personal favourite was the Grass Carp Fish Head. The fish was flaky and fresh, and I was delighted to taste a dish that is not easily available in other restaurants.

I must add that the atmosphere at BIG TREE LIN KEE STEAMED FISH HEAD is also worth mentioning. The restaurant is nestled among lush foliage and greenery, making it a cooling and pleasant place to dine. In fact, the setup is right under a big tree, which adds to the charm of the place.
