According to their chef, the Taufupok is Signature Taufupok made fresh with pure Tenggiri Fish Paste and Minced Pork with an addition of chopped Chives, nicely flavoured and stuffed into the Taufo Pok or Beancurd Puffs. On the other hand, the  Taiwanese Bah So or Taiwanese Minced Pork is made from fresh Minced Pork cooked in Chef's in-house secret sauce and spices!
