This year, to make this joyful festive season become more meaningful, Tung Yuen Chinese Restaurant at Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam has welcomed the arrival of Chinese New Year 2020 with sumptuous delicacies throughout January 2020 until February 2020 (15th January 2020 until 15th February 2020). It is specially prepared by their Chinese cuisines specialized chef which is led by Chef Patrick Ng.

Chinese New Year dining is never complete without the tossing of Yee Sang. It is the traditional dish that symbolizes good luck, health, and prosperity. Therefore, Auspicious Yee Sang Selection is necessary to have while dining here.

There are three types of Yee Sang that can be chosen which are Yee Sang with Sliced Abalone and Salmon Fish, Crispy Fish Skin, Yee Sang with Salmon Fish and Crispy Fish Skin and also Vegetarian Yee Sang. The pricing starts as low as RM40.00+ onwards.
