The team of chefs at Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa have planned an expansive spread of traditional and festive favourites to delight diners at The Resort Café. Diners are invited to feast over the spread of time-honoured festive offerings, classic Christmas favourites and holiday dishes; carefully created by Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa’s Executive Chef, Peter Lee, and his team of speciality chefs. 
Recently Auntie Lilly was invited to Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa's Christmas Media Review 2019 and we were treated to some of the festive highlights of the Christmas menu at The Resort Cafe.
Amongst the classic roasts will be Roasted Turkey with Stuffing accompanied by Giblet Gravy and Cranberry-Orange Compote and the Angus Beef Striploin, cooked a la minute to diners’ preference.
A special show-stopping centrepiece, Seafood Tower shall be the menu highlight for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Buffet this year.
For the pre-festive period, diners can begin to indulge in the extensive seasonal international and local spreads of main courses like succulent roasts and a variety of festive desserts that will further enhance the festive buffet at The Resort Café.

It features fresh selections like Live Irish Oyster, Scallop, Abalone Clam, Green Mussel, Tiger Prawn, Squid, Flower Crab, Baby Octopus, White Clam, Bamboo Clam, White Tuna Sashimi, Yabby, Seared Tuna, Crab Meat Salad, Salmon Gravlax and Salmon Sashimi, served with a variety of condiments.
Over at the meat section, diners are in for a treat with the Slow-roasted Wagyu Beef Striploin, Oven-roasted Wagyu Beef Karubi and the Braised and Glazed Wagyu Ribs; and other time-honoured favourites such Roasted Brined Turkey with Dried Fruit Stuffing, Grilled Lamb Shoulder with Pommery Mustard Jus, Slow-cooked Duck Breast with Truffle Jus and a Middle Eastern twist – Whole Lamb on Briyani Rice.
Other highlights include the Seared Salmon Fillet on Mussel-Saffron Broth, Baked Tiger Prawns with Garlic Butter and Mozzarella Cheese, White Bean Casserole with Smokey Beef Bacon and Eggplant Parmigiana.
