It's been awhile since I last been to SOLEIL Restaurant & Wine Bar. What a better way to visit them again but this time around at their brand new flagship outlet located at DC Mall - Damansara City Mall in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur. Famous for their finest offerings in gourmet cuisine and fine wine which I tasted on my last review for their Mother's Day 'Don't Mess With Me' Special Menu, and this time, I was pretty excited to try out their latest new casual dining menu at the new SOLEIL! πππ

Great To Meet Chef Evert Again
An Epicurean Retreat From SOLEIL's Gourmet Cuisine
The culinary menu at SOLEIL is also a gastronomic tour de force. Because quality dining is no small matter, Chef Evert and his team of chefs takes prides in all it has to offer on its menu, from small plate offerings such as Poached Brittany Blue Lobster, Seared Hokkaido Scallops, Charcoal-Grilled Japanese Wagyu A4 (to name just a few) to main courses of Grilled Piedmont Beef Ribeye, Slow-Cooked Lamb Rump to Pan Fried Whole Dover sole, Seafood Bouillabaisse and Sharing plates of Grilled Fremantle Octopus, Paella, Wagyu Beef Tomahawk and much more.

About Amy Leese
Hailing from Singapore, Amy comes with more than 18 years of experience in the wine trade, and was finalist in the World Gourmet Summit Sommelier of the Year category 2005. She also participated in International course on Piedmontese wines by University of Gastronomic Science in 2010.
Fueled by her desire to make her favourite topics - wine and cheese, simple to understand and available for all, she plunged wholeheartedly into her restaurant Incontro Restaurant & Wine Bar in 2009 at the Robertson Quay in Singapore. Amy moved to Kuala Lumpur in 2013 and joined the fast growing F&B division of Sungai Wang Group. She was appointed as the CEO for SW Wine Depot and Soleil Restaurant.
