Thanks to the wonderful invitation, I'm privileged to be invited to SOLEIL Restaurant & Wine Bar on their new launch of flagship outlet at Damansara City Mall in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur. During the visit, my hubby, Uncle Hong and I were treated to Chef Evert's cuisine, tasting his creations from his finest recipes.
Read on as I shared my maiden visit experiencing the brand new SOLEIL, showcasing a modern, fresh new-look, contemporary decor at DC Mall.

Exclusive Private Dining Room
Since its inception, Soleil has striven to provide an epicurean retreat from the world offering the finest offerings in gourmet cuisine and fine wines. Soleil’s mission is to bring to our guests a holistic dining experience like no other.
Elegant, spacious and aesthetically designed private dining room named after LOUIS XIII Cognac, a legendary Cognac from the prestigious house of Remy Martin.
The LOUIS XIII room can comfortably seat 10 diners for private dining session for its esteemed guests. It can open up to a more spacious seating for hosting a mini private party as there's an adjoining private room just next to it.

From beginning of December, SOLEIL moved to its new 4000 sq ft home at Damansara City Mall located in Damansara Heights. Whilst continuing to maintain our fine dining roots complete with our two new private dining rooms, Chef Evert Onderbeke will, in addition, be offering a new casual dining menu at our much-expanded bar section.

Be prepared to be thrill with the sight of the live-cooking actions of SOLEIL's highly trained and passionate team of young chefs, as they busied around in the open kitchen preparing Chef Evert's award winning cuisines.

SOLEIL also launched the 'Wine Emotion Machines' which is a specially imported wine dispenser allowing vintage wines to be purchased by the glass rather than the bottle. This will come in three portions, namely tasting, half or full glass portions. Wine lovers will have a unique eclectic flexibility which up until now has not been widely available to them.
