Three choices of steamboat package menu offers a true splendor of Cantonese delights including generous serving of Yee Sang, fresh seafoood, imported meat slices, premium handmade meat/fishballs, pastes, organice vegetables, noodles and signature coconut dessert. Experience Chinese New Year in style at Yezi At The Roof as it presents three set steamboat menus for the celebration. It is customary when sitting down to a yee sang and loh hei for a prosperous year ahead and this we did as we were treated to a scumptious fare at the restaurant.
A delectable creation comprising of thin slices of pickled vegetables, salmon and other ingredients mixed together wit its special sauce, imparting a distinctive flavour. Heighten the celebratory CNY mood with a touch of luxury when you add on jellyfish or abalone to relish the thrill of searching for treasures after tossing the Yee Sang!
At Yezi At The Roof, we were treated to premium steamboat with their offering of special broth made from fresh coconut juice. You can pick from 5 selections of tasty treats starting from Imperial Canton, Aromatic Taiwanese Beef Spice, the Fragrant "Shao Xing" Wine Seafood Broth to the top of the range Wild Forest Truffle Mushroom Broth. Our top pick for that day was everyone's favourite ~ Signature Wild Forest Truffle Mushroom Broth; which has a very strong mushroom flavour and truffle aroma. Even without any condiment added to it, you can taste the smooth flavour of this vegetarian broth. Customers that choose this Promo Set can opt for one out of the five selections of broth for the steamboat.

Homemade Meat Balls Platter
One of the specialty condiments at Yezi; is the meatballs that are served here. All the meat balls are in-house made. For this set it comes with Tung Choy Pork Balls, Wagyu Beef Tendon Ball ( we love this as the meat was very tasty and the texture was firm and bouncy), Fried Lobster Salad Ball and the Squid Balls.

We ended our satisfying steamboat meal with Homemade Fragrant Coconut Ice Cream. Great dessert not-to-be-missed; I loved the strong coconut flavor, and a silky smooth texture and topped with roasted coconut flakes.
