Uncle Vincent Restaurant
A Must-Try For Prawn Mee Lovers!
Being a big fan of Har Mee (Prawn Mee), I’m always on the hunt for a good bowl in town. Recently, my hubby and I have been making weekly trips to Corrective Chiropractic In Kota Kemuning for chiropractic treatments with our daughter, Dr. Clarrisha Hong.

So when she recommended Restoran Uncle Vincent, a hidden gem in Bukit Rimau, Shah Alam, known for its famous Har Mee, I knew we just had to check it out!
Uncle Vincent's Kitchen Menu
The menu here is simple and straightforward, featuring a handpicked selection of noodles, rice, breakfast delights, and drinks, but the star of the show is undoubtedly their Prawn Mee. And that’s exactly what we came for!
We were here for one reason only—to indulge in their highly raved-about Prawn Mee. And wow, it did NOT disappoint! The bowl was generously topped with big, juicy prawns, tender pork slices, a boiled egg, and crispy deep-fried pork lard (chee yau char) for extra indulgence.
Tiny prawns added sweetness to the rich broth, while fresh kangkong and crunchy taugeh balanced the flavors.
Sambal For The Extra Kick Of Spiciness!
The broth is absolutely rich, flavourful, and packed with umami goodness. Every slurp was pure satisfaction! With such a hearty portion, it's amazing that this delicious bowl costs just RM 11—great value for money!
But if you’re craving something even more hearty and indulgent, go for the special version at RM15, which comes with pork ribs. A must-try if you love extra indulgence!
Spacious & Comfortable Seatings
If you’re a Prawn Mee lover like me, this spot deserves a place on your must-try list!
