He continues his father's 20-year-old stall and has been selling for over 40 years!

The Shop Facing Main Road Along Jalan Za'aba

The Boss - Friendly Uncle!

If you're a big fan of bouncy QQ-type fish balls, this is a must-visit place to eat when visiting Seremban. The fishballs were handmade from scratch by Sai Tou Yi, or Ikan Parang in Malay!

All orders come with dry noodles or a soup version, so you choose your choice of noodles, such as Mee Hoon, Kuey Teow, or Yellow Mee!

Fishball Soup With Kuey Teow (Big)
RM10

Dry Version Fishball Noodle (Big)
RM10

Fishball Soup With Meehoon (Small)
RM 8

We tried both versions, and I prefer the Soup Noodles to the Dry Noodles, although the Dry Noodles come with minced pork toppings. However, the noodles tasted bland after mixing them with the black soya sauce, and I had to add some light soya sauce for more flavour.

The soup noodles were better, especially with Meehoon, as they soaked up all the soup's flavour. Oh yes, they offer 2 types of chili dipping sauces, and they really go well with the fishballs!

Fishball Soup
RM 12

We loved the fishballs so much that we ordered a second bowl to enjoy on its own! Of the 2 types of fishballs—one deep-fried and the other non-fried—we prefer the original white ones as they have a better QQ texture! If you don't know what to eat for breakfast or lunch in Seremban, try this shop la!

PS: After chatting with the boss, he told us that Seremban Siew Pao's boss is also his regular customer and was dining at the last table while we were there!
