Recently, my hubby, Uncle Hong and I discovered a new place to eat our favourite crab dishes, and we were excited to bring our foodie daughter, another crab lover, to try out this recently discovered Chinese Muslim restaurant in Ampang town!

Located at Taman Dagang Jaya, this pork-free Chinese Muslim restaurant, ZamanKu Seafood Restaurant, serves many Chinese dishes, such as Steamed Chicken or Fish, Braised Seafood dishes, and Sichuan-style cuisines, just to name a few, to delight your palate. You can check out their FULL MENU HERE
But our dining experience that day focuses on indulging in their Crabs Promotion. For crab dishes, you can opt to have them cooked in not one but ten flavours of your choice ~ Steamed with Soy Sauce, Steamed with Egg & Soy Sauce, Butter, Sweet & Spicy Chilli, Sweet & Sour, Salted Egg, Salted Egg Butter, Kam Heong Butter, Kam Heong and last but not least cooked in Salted Chilli style.
We opt for one of the simplest but delicious styles to cook our order that day - that's Steamed with Egg & Soy Sauce, to bring out the natural flavour 'sweetness' of the fresh crabs. The best way to eat your seafood is always by steaming it. Soy sauce flavour that really brings out the fresh raw crab taste!
