With a keen focus on a return to tradition, the hotel also presents its handcrafted selection of baked mooncakes that include all-time favourites such as Low Sugar Pandan Lotus Paste, Low Sugar Supreme Mixed Nuts, and Low Sugar White Lotus Paste with Single Egg Yolk and Low Sugar White Lotus Paste. Durian lovers, on the other hand, can indulge in Snow Skin Durian Lotus Paste Mooncake.
