For 2022, the Ramadan Buffet theme will be '1001,' a homage to the numerous flavours and tastes we missed out on due to challenging years in the past. Synchronizing the One Thousand and One Night story, a collection of Middle Eastern folktales compiled in Arabic during the Islamic Golden Age, your dining experience will not only be confined to the local, middle east and western favourite dishes but also be enhanced by being surrounded by the Tamar Tree.

Executive Chef Al-Fithri added that for the first-ever seasonal dish, his team has prepared a special middle eastern dish popular in Lebonan and Turkey, Ouzi Lamb Rice. Ouzi is the Lebanese word for a dish of baked lamb and spiced rice. A blend of sweet spices, including allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and cardamom, give the recipe its Middle Eastern accent.

Guest can expect the tasteful aromatic rice topped with Roasted Ouzi Lamb and not to forget favourite local delicacies such as Satay, Pecal Jawa, Nasi Lemak Kukus Tong Kayu, Briyani, Gulai Kawah and an array of local Kuih-muih that promises a journey of culinary discovery and fond food memories when breaking the fast.
