Christmas has certainly arrived at Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa this December! My hubby and I were honoured to be invited again to an exclusive tasting of 'A Crackin' Christmas Feast at The Resort Cafe in Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa as they excitedly usher in the holly jolly festive season with sumptuous food offerings for their diners.

Inspired by the fantastical world of the Nutcracker, a story filled with wonder, goodwill and whimsy, Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa celebrates this festive season with the theme “Let’s Get Crackin’’ bringing out the inner child in you, where a fairy-tale Christmas comes to live with inspired decorations, festive gourmet treats, stay packages and much more starting from 3 December 2018 to 1 January 2019.
Adorning the main street of Persiaran Lagoon are the recurrent festive lights, making it an inviting sight for all in Sunway City. Stepping into the main lobby of Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa, guests will be greeted by life-size Nutcracker’s in the centrepiece depicting a fantastical playground surrounded by live poinsettias, coupled by brightly-lit and decorated Christmas trees, festive wreaths, garlands and other ornaments, capturing the whimsical spirit of the season.

Over at Sunway Pyramid Hotel and Sunway Clio Hotel, guests can also expect the same warm festive feeling with the Christmas trees, decorations, linger sweet scents of conifer and Christmas tunes playing all day long in the background.

This Christmas and New Year, the culinary team, led by the Hotel’s Executive Chef Peter Lee are all geared up to entice diners with their extensive menu of mouth-watering and sumptuous dishes to indulge in.

Upon the show-stopping centrepiece, this year is the roasted meat section with three (3) types of Roasted Turkey, featuring traditional Roasted Turkey, Roasted Black Garlic Turkey and with an Indian twist, the succulent and flavourful Roasted Tandoori Briyani Turkey served with Basmati rice.
