'AYUBOWAN'! Haha... You must be wondering what is the meaning of  'Ayubowan'? "Ayubowan" is the word used in Sri Lanka to greet someone. It means Long Life. One is generally greeted by joining two hands in a prayer-like manner and saying "Ayubowan"

This coming month of April 2018, Berjaya Times Square Hotel is delighted to bring you the fine taste of Sri Lankan cuisine featuring a gastronomical journey of scrumptious Sri Lanka delicacies focusing on their fresh ocean delights of their famous Sri Lankan Crabs.

Sri Lankan Crab

Sri Lankan cuisine has been influenced by foreign traders from neighbouring countries who brought in new food items as well as their cultural influences which helped shape Sri Lankan cuisine. India, Indonesia and Dutch cuisines are most evident in shaping the taste and ingredients of their dish.
