Recently, one of my favourite halal Japanese restaurant in Shah Alam, Agehan Japanese Restaurant of Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam is having a brand new exciting meal promotion valued at only RM 25+ per serving to entice Japanese food lovers in town.

This Agehan Express Meals Promotion is available from now until November 2017. Expected to be served with rich and flavorful dishes of exciting taste from Agehan Japanese Restaurant, Grand BlueWave Hotel Shah Alam. Be ready to excite your taste buds with interesting bento such as Gyu Shogayaki, Yaki Udon, and Onigiri that only cost RM25.00+ per box.

Gyu Shogayaki Set comes with pan-fried beef with special sauce, fresh garden salad with Japanese fish cake and dressing, Japanese white sushi rice, stewed radish, squid and Chuka Kurage/Seaweed. This is my choice pick as I find the portion for this set especially the pan-fried beef was generous and real value for money.

Noodles lovers can opt for Yaki Udon Set. It's pan-fried udon with seafood and a good portion of cabbage, red and green capsicum, vinegared fish, giant sushi roll, deep-fried bean curd with sauce and Chuka Kurage/Seaweed.

Last but not least, their Onigiri Set would be a good choice if you like chicken and salmon. The Bento set is served with Chicken Karaage (Deep fried chicken), salmon with fish flake triangle rice, chilled soya beancurd, stewed radish with salmon and Chuka Kurage/Seaweed.
Apart from that, take your pick from the various selections such as:
- Edamame (boiled green bean) RM14.00+
- California Maki (half nori, sushi rice, avocado, tobiko, lettuce, kyuri, kani stick, mayonise) RM29.00+
- Oyako Don with Miso Soup (chicken with scrambled egg on rice) RM26.00+
- Tsukimi Udon (thick floor noodles in soup with egg) RM22.00+
- Tanuki Udon (thick floor noodles in soup with tempura fritters) RM18.00+
- Tori Teriyaki with Goham Set (sliced chicken with teriyaki sauce, rice, and miso soup) RM29.00+.
Ala carte also available where we have Teppanyaki meat or seafood, Tempura Ebi or Yasai Tempura, and Teriyaki Saba or Gindara.
