'Auspicious' Sau Gong Menu at RM1.288nett per table of 10 persons
'Longevity' Sau Gong Menu at RM1,688nett per table of 10 persons
'Abundance' Sau Gong Menu at RM1,688nett per table of 10 persons

Both Longevity and Abundance Sau Gong menu includes a bottle of House Wine or Sparkling Juice.

Started off our tasting session with Prosperity Salmon 'Yee Sang'. Chef Yip added his personal touch of using the flavourful Smoked Norwegian Salmon with Crispy Cod Fish Skin for added crunch.

I was told that Chef Yip decided to use the Smoked Norwegian Salmon this time around because he feels that it takes away the bland taste of raw fish and smoked salmon does appeal to many for its tastiness and smoke flavour.

I like the slight hint of bitterness in the chilled Chrysanthemum jelly, which I believe Chef Yip has used a good grade of the fragrant yellow flower for the dessert. Refreshing to the palate, the mixed fruit of strawberries, honey dew and dragon fruits giving out the sweet and sour taste to the dessert.  

Summer Palace provides for any dining soiree. For those opting for private dining, they have private rooms catering to a maximum of 40 pax making it the apt choice for business discussions or even family gatherings.
