This results in juicy meat, with a crispy, golden brown outer skin and crust. The meat was very tender, flavourful and aromatic, and make for a hearty meal. Served with combination of savoury pork sauce, sauerkraut and boiled potatoes, it's comes with the price of RM70.

Next, be sure to try the Berlin Steak, a grilled pork steak accompanied by bacon wrapped asparagus and steak fries, balanced with the creamy spinach for a perfect meal. No worries, this is a strictly 'fork & knife' dish, does not require one to eat with hands as compared to the two earlier dishes.
